The Standard plan supports up to 5 websites. Each site gets its own isolated environment with 2 CPU cores and 3GB RAM shared across all your sites.

Do you offer free website migration?

Yes! We offer free website migration for all new customers. Our team will handle the entire transfer process for you. Complex migrations may incur additional charges, but we'll discuss this upfront.

What's the 99.99% uptime guarantee?

We're so confident in our infrastructure that if we fall below 99.99% uptime in any given month, we'll refund your entire month's payment. No complex calculations or SLA credits - just a full refund.

What control panel do you use?

We use cPanel, the industry-standard control panel. It includes Softaculous for 1-click app installation, file management, database tools, email management, and everything you need to manage your hosting.

How do the daily backups work?

We automatically backup your entire account daily to a remote location. Backups are stored for 21 days and you can restore from any backup with one click through cPanel. Your files, databases, and email are all included.

You can upgrade at any time through your client area with no downtime. We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee - if you're not satisfied for any reason, we'll refund your payment in full.

Do you support custom applications?
