1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GameForge services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Service Description

GameForge provides game server hosting services using the Pterodactyl panel. Services are provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. Payment Terms

All services must be paid in advance. We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe, and major credit cards. Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or termination.

Refunds are provided at our discretion and within 7 days of initial purchase only.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

Hosting illegal content or activities
Attempting to breach security or access unauthorized systems
Using services to launch attacks on other systems
Consuming excessive resources that impact other users

5. Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

6. Data and Backups

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. While we may provide backup services, we are not liable for data loss.

7. Limitation of Liability

GameForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of these terms or at our discretion with appropriate notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
